    I’m an instructor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. My class also had the pleasure of touring Carrie’s farm this week. It was a truly eye opening experience for all of my students, and they left with a great understanding of sustainable farming. The wealth of knowledge she shared with my class was incredible. The eggs and chickens that she produces are exceptional and have made my students not want to purchase conventional poultry products ever again!

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Karen, Mark, and their chickens and the whole menagerie. I bring my students here every six weeks so that they really learn what sustainable farming is about. Karen is so informative and delightful, they students can’t help but walk away with lots of knowledge. When we cook with these eggs, lights come on. They are thrilled. Truly, a marvelous experience.
